Our business fluctuates throughout the year in accordance with the Real Estate Market. It is best to reach out as early as possible when you are considering staging to allow time to schedule a consultation. We ask for a signed contract and a 50% deposit to schedule a staging date. In order to avoid delays in photos or your list date, we recommend checking sooner than later-- with 2-4 weeks being the ideal time to plan ahead so we can make sure to plan out the perfect pieces for your property.

Once you accept our quote we will send you a staging agreement. Upon receiving a signed copy and deposit we will begin to prepare for your staging project. On the scheduled staging day, we show up at a pre-arranged time, install the pieces selected for your property, and have you ready for listing day!
